six years, one laser, a lot of adventures.
Tappan Take started in Colorado as a small laser-etching hobby and grew into a shop built around life's adventures — mountains, national parks, trail humor, and a lot of faith. Every sticker and card is designed, printed and laser etched, in small batches, so it actually feels like it came from someone who's been on the trail, not off a shelf.
This site is the next chapter: a home base beyond Etsy, with room to grow into a full shop, a portfolio of custom work, and a place for the community of hikers, campers, and gift-givers who have supported us for six years.
